Heirloom worthy Cross Stitch designs

Hello, sugar covered marshmallow chickens!

I was hoping to save this newsletter as an "aha, I've finished my craft room!" with before and after photos, but I'm just shy of finished and I really need to get back to work. :) I hope to finish in the coming weekends, as I'm *so close* but... so far. At least for the most part I can reach all my materials now, even if they aren't all in their final organized homes!

String Theory Needlearts has been working diligently to find Kreinik alternatives while Rainbow Gallery gets things managed (?) over there. They are making a conversion sheet between Kreinik, Rainbow Gallery, Glisten Gloss, and Radiance Metallics. They'll be sending me threads so I can also eyeball everything and make sure it's up to snuff. I will still be using Kreinik color codes in my designs - it's just easier on my program that way - but soon enough there should be a "master" conversion sheet that will help keep all our stitching moving along.

Related, String Theory Needlearts is starting to pack up specialty thread packs for USA customers for my patterns. Keep a look out!

Since I've been unpacking for a month there isn't a lot of pattern news, but I still found a little time for this WIP. :) This is Daisy from Hannah Alexander to pair with the new Rosalina (I'm saving Peach for last as motivation.)

Newest Patterns

Rosalina of the Galaxy from Hannah Alexander, with specialty supplies

Adventuring Gear from Hannah Alexander

Draculaura from Sunset Dragon, with specialty supplies

Lagoona Blue from Sunset Dragon

These are the last few weeks to get Poison Ivy and Karlach at their discounted price via Patreon. :) And there is a new poll to vote for the next Early Access designs between Catwoman, Harley Quinn, Princess Celestia, and Lady Liadrin.

Poison Ivy from Hannah Alexander, available in Early Access until June 1st

Karlach from Hannah Alexander, available in Early Access until June 1st

As before, since I was unpacking I didn't finish my pattern work on Hanae Kariko's designs. They're still in waiting and I hope to release them both as a pack and as individuals. I also still have a good amount of Oval Designs from Sarah Young to chart.

And, since I didn't finish unpacking, I didn't get to re-evaluate the physical pieces I had up in the shop now that I've moved and inventory what's still in good condition, maybe take new photos, and get things back online. :) It seems very possible that those items may be listed on Etsy instead of my main site, to get more eyeballs on them.

Happy stitching!

Pinky

Thank you everyone so, so much for all the positive messages and thoughts that came our way. My partner has been recovering and should be headed back to normal life soon. He is still doing dialysis and there will be follow up visits, but the trajectory is positive. The next patterns are Hannah Alexander's Jolteon and Vaporeon, followed by the result of the poll below....

Make it Pink Heirloom worthy Cross Stitch designs Click here to go to the Shop Hi everyone ❤️ A little serious life news before I move on with the rest of this month's art update. Last week my partner Andrew became seriously ill and was transported via helicopter to a bigger hospital, and was recommended for a liver transplant. We aren't out of danger yet but the specialized team there is no longer recommending the transplant and is comfortable enough with his condition to transfer him back...

The new Early Access patterns are out, featuring Catwoman and Princess Celestia. :) Both are super glittery and I hope to see them come to life in your WIP photos. 💖 And with their release, of course, Karlach and Poison Ivy are now public designs! A reminder that the main benefit of joining in on Early Access is that they have a built in discount of $5 until they become...
